You contact us, either by email or phone, and explain what you want help with or what you want to change. Conversations with us cost nothing and we are also happy to make ourselves available to you in need. In the case of a conversation with us, it may happen that we do not answer immediately. But don't worry, sit back. We will call you back as soon as we possibly can. The same applies to emails. We will write or call you back as soon as we can.

Our visit
After our conversation with you, it may happen that we'll have to come and visit you to be able to get a picture of the project scale or scale of the work that needs to be done. For this, we will notify you so that we can book an appointment before the visit. Our visitation is free of charge for you.

We will send you a cost proposal
After a couple of days, we will send you a cost estimate. In this proposal, we list all the work and materials that will be performed and the costs incurred for the work and materials. No hidden costs or fees! Mostly our costumers agrre to a first downpayment and then payments in 2 to 4 steps. We will also send you a contract with the terms and conditions.

The work starts
After the downpayment, the work can start. We will keep you informed of the progress of the work and you can contact us at any time if you have any questions or concerns. The work is done
After the work is done, we will send you a final invoice. In this invoice, we list all the work and materials that have been performed and the costs incurred for the work and materials. No hidden costs or fees!
